With Dan's help, I hope this website will be the meeting place that I imagined it to be.

We've been watching old Cheers episodes in the evenings... it has been comforting to be whisked back to simpler times... and I think that that theme song rings in my heart:

AN IRISH BLESSING OF LIGHT

May the Blessing of Light be upon you,

light on the outside, light on the inside.

With God’s sunlight shining on you,

like a turf fire that welcomes

friends and strangers alike.

May the light of the Lord shine from your eyes,

welcoming the weary traveler.
